I'm a big fan of dark comedies, and just last night I re-watched Being John Malkovich. I would also add Dog Day Afternoon to the list.
As for the people who mentioned The Big Lebowski and Ruthless People, I don't really see them as 'dark'. They both involve kidnapping or alleged kidnapping, but the light-hearted and humorous nature of virtually every scene negates any sense of fear or suspense that a kidnapping situation would normally provoke. Fargo, on the other hand, I would definitely consider a dark comedy, since the humour doesn't negate the feelings of suspense, desperation and tragedy that some of the scenes provoke.
