This thread is for times you think Larry was completely wrong with his argument, or was totally in the wrong. For me these two stand out;
Larry repeatedly saying "chicken" to Yoshi was definitely deliberate and he has no case in 'Kamikaze Bingo' (Season 5)
Larry was definitely wrong in walking into a little girls room and cutting her dolls hair..I don't think there's any excuse for that one in 'The Doll' (Season 2)
For the most of the time I think he is spot on with his arguments, but there is one time which sticks out for me as an example of where he was wrong. Ironically in this incident a (stupid) lawyer backs him up. I'm talking about the time when he is in a restaurant and charing some of his buffet with Jeff. The waiter is absolutely right to point out that it's "all YOU can eat". Unless the whole table could just order one buffet but still everybody eats. Wrong, in my opinion.
your point about the buffet sharing is generally CORRECT..... BUT.....you missed the interesting "loophole exception"... larry explains to the waiter that he only made ONE serving and wasnt planing on re-filling. so in THAT case, its a SINGLE dish and NOT an "addition". this is what gives his argument a potential legitimacy. (i think its a fair point... what about you?)
When I was single, my brother fixed me up with a woman from his work. Called her on the phone. Chatting, she told me she would vote for Bush because he "would keep the blacks down". Lost interest quickly. Never met her. Thought of her when I saw that.^
One thing was when Rosie O'Donell wanted to pay for their lunch and Larry got into a fight with her because of it. that was pretty dumb.
The other one where Larry was really wrong was telling that guy that his son had a really big penis. Usually Larry is pretty funny and he says what everyone is thinking, But on this one that was really bizarre and uncomfortable. Specially because it was a little kid. I mean, Who does that??? lol, that was totally inappropriate and Larry was totally wrong.
Also, when he was about to have sex with the really hot blonde and he stops because she had a picture of Bush on her desk... I knew they had to mess that up somehow, I knew that he was not going to be able to get his present.
But that was a pretty dumb way to do it. Why get mad that she is a republican? why stop their hook up because of a picture? it really made no sense. Then, in season 8, he goes and has sex with a Palestinian woman?? So he wouldn't have sex with a hot republican girl, but he would hook up with a girl that hates Jews? that made no sense to me.
One ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them.

The Palestinian woman didn't seem to hate Jews, from what I could tell.

When he stomped on the spider with gusto in front of the kids. Though funny as it was when he yelled out "Aghh! spider!"; so unbecoming of a middle-aged man with life experience.
But anyway, it's wrong in that it's reinforcing to children that it's normal to kill spiders without a thought just because they had the misfortune to cross your path. The vast majority of spiders are harmless to people & animals.
I always sympathize with Larry when I watch the show. The only time I really thought he was in the wrong was in the season 2 episode The Massage when he insists on taking the fork from the restaurant over to the chauffer. He knew he could likely be caught and he knew that the manager probably had it in for him after he ignored the guy earlier. So it was a bad idea and he really should have just let it go.
