Did anyone else enjoy seeing Kathy Bates Naked? I did. Has there been any other fat famous actors nude in Movies like that? I would like to see more movies like that.

I was a bit surprised that when I first saw the movie, I had an instant and unbidden sexual surge when Kathy Bates dropped trou. I thought it was erotic.
Maybe I wasn't supposed to, but that's how I felt.

Yes, she is old and fat. And if she puts her clothes on she is still old and fat. In fact, I am very much afraid that she's going to be more old in years to come. So she is disgusting nude or dressed and buttoned up to her teeth. Old and fat people should be forbidden to appear in movies, so they wouldn't cause traumas to the audience. I am afraid to estimate how much job emergency services have and how much it costs to treat people who have severe health problems after seeing old and fat person. And not to mention all the years of psychiatric treatment that people have to go through after such a devastating experience.
Old and fat people have no place in movies. Or life either. They should be exterminated and never be mentioned again.
So, being old and fat, I'll probably never write on this board again. I'll be eliminated. If someone asks for me, I'm on my way to slaughterhouse.

It is strange how people get traumatized when getting an idea that their parents are naked under clothes, let alone that they have ever practiced sex (strange how we came to the world...).
But has anyone (who is so traumatized because older women might look similar to our mothers) thought that our mothers have once been younger, much younger and probably good looking, and that some of young nude actresses might look like our mothers in their best days?
Or people simply refuse to accept that mothers ever looked different and desirable? Is it maybe because it might disturb the pleasure of watching other girls and women nude...?
It is hard to believe how strong has hypocrisy occupied our brains and senses, and how deep has it infiltrated our personal morality.
Yes I have thought about that but I just have no desire to see my mother nude at age 55 thanks.

I don't say that you should have a desire for that, but there is too much fear in people from possibility of accidental seeing mother (or parents in general) nude, no to mention entering parents' room without knocking and seeing more than just nude bodies.
There are many cultures that do not know such fear because they don't make nudity a taboo, being nude together within a family regardless of age in certain situations (sauna, naturist beaches...) is part of tradition, way of life. They wouldn't care if their mother is 55 as yours or over 80 as mine is. And if they are used to it and don't feel it to be a problem, there is no reason to be afraid to see Kathy Bates or Jessica Tandy nude at their (our) mothers' age.
So there is a big difference between desire and accepting.
I agree, przgzr. Society today is way too hypocritical about nudity and just the beauty of life (including the human body) in general. It focuses all our attention on these "perfect" young actors and actresses, which honestly does not at ALL represent the general population. And thats no surprise to anyone. Yes, I do recognize the fact that there are many people who are more attractive or in shape than others, but that doesn't mean they're allowed to be naked while others are frowned upon and deemed inappropriate or just plain unwatchable. No, I don't fantasize about Kathy Bates, but it takes a lot of nerve to appear nude in a movie and to be as confident with her appearance as she was. I truly respect her and all others who have gone before her or followed after her, and all I have to say to society regarding its views on nudity, as well as other disrespectful it may have, is "Shame on you."
