2 ones I've now spotted. One where Comso is wearing a kilt and says it's comfortable and he fly’s above Wanda's head and she says "Put on some underwear" then he does it again and she poofs up a umbrella. Another is in the one where Timmy wishes for Vicky to be nice and she puts a thermometer in his mouth and Comso says "At least she used the right sort of thermometer"

Can someone please explain the Father's Day joke?
I also watch the Latin American translation, so the quotes may be wrong, but the context may remain the same.
At the episode when Timmy wishes to be the funniest guy on Earth, after Timmy and Veronica end up on top of the fountain, Cosmo makes a clear adult reference. Maybe in English he said sth different, but in Spanish he said sth that translated to English will be immediately referenced to adult themes.
I'm not quoting the exact words because the post might be banned.
