Why was Hulk not in this movie?

At the time Hogan was still the man in WCW and always was the biggest actor in pro wrestling. Seems to me like it was a slap in the face NOT to have Hogan in this movie and have those posers like Sting and Goldberg. Just doesn't make sense to me that Hogan was not in this movie.

To have Hogan feature it would have cost the whole budget of this film.

It would have had to revolve around him as well.

Hogan having been apart of movies in the past was no way going to be attached to this trash.

This has to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
