I dont understand the Skid's betrayal part
Why did he betray Blade?
Also How did Blade know he was being Betrayed?
Also if he knew, then why he wait so long to react?

I didn't like that he betrayed Blade. I liked his character. Would've liked to see him in the third movie.
Also... I can kill you with my brain

Its a shame they killed him...he was a stud.
shareThe whole scene made no sense and was sloppily written and put together. So first the bomb is real, then conveniently becomes a dud to save Reinhardt and keep him for showdown against Whisler and for Scud's drawn out exposition. Then IT CONVENIENTLY becomes real again to kill off Scud.
Since the bomb wasn't a dud, Blade could have detonated it still on Reinhardt when he was near everyone else and wah-lah. But thats not what hollywood would expect from an ending.
^^This.
"I am the ultimate badass, you do not wanna `*beep*` wit' me!" Hudson in Aliens.
I never understood the betrayal either. It seemed too forced and wasn't explained well. It's like they wrote it in in the last minute because they found out Whistler was coming back, so they had to explain away his replacement.
I'm not reading your manifesto, keep your damn posts short!
Heres my take.
Later on in the film Blade says "I've been onto you since they turned you" suggesting that Scud wasn't always a familiar. He seemed to enjoy working with Blade, but didn't like how Blade spent so much time trying to find Whistler. Scud makes multiple mentions about his disapproval of Whistler. When Blade signals him to go away after Scud suggests he kills Whistler, you see him walk away but subtly looks back as if hes making sure Blade is not near him before he goes contact Damaskinos. When you think about it, that would make sense if Scud did that because the very next day their base gets raided by Assan and Nyssa. So I think what got Scud to turn is Blade looking for Whistler. He wanted to be Blade's partner but realized Blade would never consider him replacing Whistler.
Ultimately this is just me trying to make sense of very poor writing because the way its presented in the film, its just a plot twist for the sake of being a plot twist.
