The line that totally got me was when Chef was in the military thing and he said "Hey, have you ever heard of the Emancipation Proclamation?" and the General said "I don't listen to hip-hop!"

My favorite was when Kyle and Cartman were in the trench and Cartman looks at his hand and says, "What the hell am I still holding this for?!" Throws Mr. Hat out and you hear Mr. Garrison shout "Mr. Hate! NOOOOOOO!"
My other favorite was when the moms were reading the list and Mrs. Broflovski said, "What the heck is a 'rim job'?" And Mrs. Cartman says "Why that's when you stick your legs behind your head and have someone lick your a$$!" Then the silence after that gets me every time.
My last favorite was when Big Gay Al was almost at the part where they were to electrocute Terrance and Philip when Stan and Kyle shouted at him to sing his song. And he says, "Oh, but we haven't rehearsed!" And Kyle shouts from the audience "Sing the f###ing song!!" And Big Gay Al says "Alright if you insist." That part makes me laugh every time.
Oh and the whole song Up There got me laughing because it was sudden and slow and out of the blue.
Also when Cartman does the cussing thing. He says "Dam# s###! You will respect mah f###ing authoritah!!! Dogs### tacos! F##k a## s##t b###r b#####d...BARBARA STREISAND!"

there are so many to choose from but one that gets me each time is when Kyle and Stan are trying to stall the execution by getting Big Gay Al to sing and you hear one of them (couldn't tell who) yell "sing the *beep* song!"
