i really miss this type of south park

i know people hate it when you complain about how much a tv series has changed, because it is annoying, tv series have to change if they want to survive. i get it.
but i saw this movie the other day after not seeing it for a few years and it made me super nostalgic for the way south park used to be.

I minimize my complaints about recent seasons of SP, but yea, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that the first 10 seasons or so of the show were easily its best. And more specifically, in my opinion seasons 3-8 were the apex of its greatness. The absolute funniest TV show I've ever seen, in those amazing years.

Yes, but however.
The Simpsons decline in quality has been much bigger than South Park's.

Every season they have classic episodes...I disagree with all of you in thinking that they peaked.

You gotta realize the creators are as old as fück now and pretty much outgrown their own comedy they've conceived. That's why I'd never create a series of my own even though any dumbass today can create cheap graphics like South Park, I can't stand the idea that something I create will start to suck after a while.

There's a reason most people confine each of their imaginary worlds into ONE piece of literature and don't create sequels that all end up blowing cock anyway.

Parker and Stone said themselves that they are too old nowadays. When they were out of college, they were still young enough to remember what it was like being a kid. Now they don't anymore.
