A christian site reviews this movie (!!!)

http://www.capalert.com/capreports/southpark.htm

This is some christian decency site's review of the movie.

As an agnostic, this makes me deeply worried.

Why the hell would a Christian site review this movie? And what were they expecting? It should've been obvious that this film would be purposefully offensive.... (I loved it, by the way)

I decided to read a couple other reviews from this person. They are rather similar to this one. According to this reviewer, movies should be forced to follow the ten commandments by law. He takes offense from EVERYTHING. I don't think he should be reviewing movies, personally. He can't really enjoy many of them.

As a christian i hate it when they do this and make us all look like stuck up ***holes. I loved this movie btw.

Actually, other the the offenses to God part it is actually a really good guide if you think about. I can't think of any other site that would go into great detail about these things and it can probably be very useful to parents that want to know exactly what their kids are about to see.

reply

.. Yeah, if the parents are mentally challenged morons with no connection to their children whatsoever :P

Come on, we don't need hatemongering websites like that, we have IMDB, we have Youtube etc - there are a gazillion ways to get an overview of what any given movie is about and includes. All of them better than giving a website like that traffic.
