Based on interviews and behind the scenes drama, it seems she was not too liked.

Shannon Doherty wasn't liked much either. They were happy to get rid of her after 4 seasons.

I believe Alyssa was liked well enough by the crew. It's her co-stars she had a problematic relationship with. Shannen was considered a pro, but her biggest issue was that she did not get along with the folks higher up.
