Bridget Fonda was so annoying in this crappy film
I just wanted to punch her *beep* face in. I hate her.
shareI just wanted to punch her *beep* face in. I hate her.
shareShe was the best character.
WALKING DEAD IS SO DEAD WITHOUT ANDREA!
so you liked the crappy sequals???
Look like Tarzan talk like Jane! HAHA
There's a reason why she's pretty much disappeared from movies, TV, etc.
shareJust like Jane Fonda got her career because of her father, Henry Fonda, Bridget got her career because she's Peter Fonda's daughter.
Not an interesting actress.
I guess you've never seen "Shag," "Jackie Brown" or "Point of No Return."
shareSo, she's more irritating in those? :-) "Jackie Brown" is a great movie, and I just remember her being a ditz in that.
shareBut was she effective at playing a ditz? That's what acting is all about -- acting like a person other than yourself. However, she was more than just a ditz in that movie (and I don't mean that she was a deep person because she obviously wasn't).
shareYeah, I didn't see the talent you did. Way too many great actors out there.
shareThe annoyingness of Bridget's character, Kelly, is understandable if you consider what’s happening in her life (losing her beau to a trusted friend at work) in combination with being a fish-out-of-water camping out in the backwoods of Maine, which was a field assignment she didn't want and wasn't used to; besides, she becomes warmer as the story evolves, which can be observed by her kissing the Sheriff at the end and going out for a date with the Fish & Game officer (Pullman).
share She might have been annoying, but she was ME! LOL I mean the "me" who would emerge at the prospect of spending days in the woods with strangers and having body parts flung in my direction. Their plans were just sprung on her. She thought she'd be staying in a motel. Her first question about a toilet would be mine too!!!
Every scary movie has to have at least one character that the audience can identify with, i.e., the person who is scared witless (at least at first) before they get some courage.
