I love every quote in this film, but I'm gonna have to say -
During Jeff and Caroline's wedding, Danny is throwing marshmallows and says:
"Meet me out front in the lobby!"
Cracks me up every time.
"I'm tryin' Ringo, I'm tryin' REAL hard to be the Shepherd."
I don't know if it's been said or not, but when Carla asks Danny if they lived happily ever after, and he replies.
I dunno, they never made a graduate pt. II.

Nine years later, here's my 2c worth.
It wasn't so much a quote, but the scene, which lasted just seconds. After the two have looked over the book "The Joy of Sex" (the "I like page x, but not page xx" was pretty good) and they both go into the bedroom, Danny comes back out to get a condom, then takes another look in the book to make sure he'll do it right. I about fell apart at that one.
