I liked the movie, watched it a while ago with my girlfriend. But why is her grandad all the time talking about this god, this jesus, so maria and so on. Even while chatting and making fun with his friends. That stuff really screwed some parts up in the movie.

Some folks are religious. Some folks are not. It's as simple as that. There are lots of movies about people who do horrible things and kill and have low morals. Return to Me is about people who are deeply religious and have high standards. There's nothing wrong with that. I adore this movie and I appreciate how wholesome it is, which is refreshing since I watch some pretty sordid stuff sometimes :)
