Why is this film terrible???
Because in the usual American Fashion, the "Critics" didn't like. And, just like the lemons they are, the American People followed them off a cliff.

shareCritics don't know SQUAT! I think it's a fun lighthearted western
shareThere's a moronic, off-topic America basher like you in every thread. However, most of them know the difference between a lemming and a lemon. Which makes you a tad bit more moronic.
shareI'm 100% sure I spelled "Lemmon" right. But, considering the fact that my comment was written via my phone, the spell check went with lemon instead of lemmon and I didn't check to make sure it was spelled right. That happens a lot with me and this phone. I just don't make an issue out of it when I don't have a logical rational response to people comments on IMDB.
shareOld, but, lemmon is still incorrect. You are making a reference to the small mammal which, every so often, appears to commit mass suicide. That animal is a lemming, that is two m's and ending in "ing."
shareAnd, just like the lemons they are, the American People followed them off a cliff.
I think the semi-literate OP meant "Lemmings". I have not noticed lemons mindlessly following trends, other than all hanging out on the same trees.
shareBecause the jokes are not funny, that's why
shareit wasn't just the critics. A lot of regular people who watched it also admitted it was really bad. Won a lot of Razzies that year.
shareInteresting Trivia: Robert Conrad attended the Razzies that year. He accepted the "awards" then delivered them to the recipients personally to show his contempt for the film.
shareRobert Conrad is a class act. His Wild, Wild West was the hottest action show on TV, in its day. This movie was a Will Smith ego trip.
