From what I've seen it's religious peeps that this movie seems to offend, but then again religious people get offended by pretty much everything (including that statement probably)

I'm not the one who condemn ppl for doing this or that, i'm just the guy who said : let your beliefs and your hate of the difference in your church.
I enjoyed it but some of the religious references went over my head.

I've always hated Jay & Silent Bob, plus it's mostly shock humor (llololol, he just called Jesus a *beep* and a few poop and sex jokes.
The movie is pretty much saying, 'don't be a dick', and if you are going to follow something, follow it for the right reasons, out of passion and not some boring tradition.
Kevin Smith is christian and I am atheist, but i really love Kevin Smith and this film is great as well. Its a playful acknowledgement of both the positives and negatives of religion. I liked it, yeah, some parts were a little preachy, but some of the points were great. Affleck's speech on being an angel dismissed by god is a really enjoyable scene.
Just because i don't believe in religion, doesn't mean i can't enjoy something religious, like the awesome interpretation of fallen angels in Dogma, or Regan in The Exorcist.
