Does anybody know the name of any other movies with the jinn in it?

My interpretation of The Exorcist involves the JINN...this connects the direction of Islamic teachings..

Poltergeist 2..the old man reminds me of a Jinn.

Or are you after Jinns who come in the form of Wish-givers?

I'm assuming you didn't want cartoons, or else you'd have Aladdin, a DuckTales movie and so on.

There was also Kazaam with Shaquille O'Neal, from 1996, but that was a pretty silly kids movie.

As for TV, there was an episode of the X Files (7:21 - Je Souhaite), Pee-wee's Playhouse has Jambi, and there is, of course, I Dream of Jeannie.

This isn't the focus of the movie, so not what you're looking for, but... the White Witch (Jadis) in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe is actually a Jinni. She has Edmund wish for the Turkish Delight.
