So we are looking at the erotic scene where Jack is drawing Rose after she strips down and lies on the couch. She’s fully in the nude, or almost, to us viewing the film. Actually, it may be just the opposite. Female frontal nudity is more common. The reason for most male modesty, is the fear of the male that he won't "measure up." 😏

No.
The actual reason is that IF they show female frontal nudity, 99% of the time, there's a big bush covering everything. The 1% of movies where you see more, are usually European art house movies etc. but nothing out of Hollywood, with some very few exceptions.

In the end, it's age rating stuff. A bush is not genitalia, it's a bush.
Not gonna work for men, obviously.

I miss the 80s where a regular PG movie wasn't afraid to show nudity and genitalia. 1984's The Bounty shows a glimpse of Mel Gibson's package along with a near endless stream of naked titties. Same in 1981's Gallipoli. Another glimpse of Mel Gibson's package.

The only thing I could think of off the top of my head might be in Braveheart. Yes and the viewers should not see everything. By exposing full nudity Rose character would be protrayed like "just another girl" who is ready to go wild with her new lover. It's a 3 hours movie so you need to keep the tension.
