No bad guys = No tension


Sorry, but I didn't find much drama or conflict in this. Yes, I know the guys holding Marky Mark were supposed to be the bad guys, but then he went into his story about his own son dying, and it kind of made his anti-American point of view seem sincere.
Otherwise, you have Clooney's commander as the bad guy for (how dare he!!) expecting Clooney to follow orders. Not to mention Clooney giving up billions of dollars in order to save a few local villagers. Stupid !
The film needed a really really evil Iraqi to give it some tension.
