Back in 1996 I was 10 years old. I was a huge Spice Girls fan and have most of their stuff. Now the only Spice Girls stuff I have are the CD's, Melanie C doll.

I was 6 in 1996!

Loved them so much until I was like 9. My fave was Posh for some reason lol. My friends and I had all the songs memorized and would perform them. I'm sure we all did that haha!

I was around 13 and my little sister was around 9 and she LOVED the Spice Girls! Well, she was always into the latest Pop group (and she still is). I remember when they released it on video, it came with a SPICEWORLD poster! She had it up in her room with No Doubt posters too. haha Feel old yet? I do. I have to admit, while I was also one those listening to the Beatles and all the older stuff at that time, I found the Girls to be cute just with their personalities.
Also, even if you HATE this movie, remember--it was for a target audience of like, 5-10 year old girls at the time. It doesn't take much to Wow a kid! But a better bonus is the fact that I have gone over the cast list and there are more celebrities crammed into one film than I have seen! A majority are from the UK but there are some US notables as well.

I could have sworn, being a Beatles fan, that Victor Spinnetti snuck in too, but I don't see him. They certainly have send-offs to the Beatles (and from what I remember, I read an article saying the Spicegirls were making an movie INTENDED to sort of parody Beatle's films), such as running into the Crazy General guy (who I thought was Spinnetti) and doing a "Magical Mystery Tour" sort of thing with it. If you ask me, this is less "A Hard Days' Night" and more "Magical Mystery Tour" with all its random craziness!

I was 9. I started becoming a Spice fan in the 5th grade...towards the end of it, I remember distinctly. I bought a little book about them through one of the Scholastic sales and received it on a day near to my elementary school graduation. My class was just sitting around talking and comparing our book orders. Everyone thought I was just the coolest for having gotten that Spice book..! XD Then I moved on to middle school and met one of my best friends in the world, since two local elementary schools merged into one junior high...anyway, the two of us just went along and became pretty epically legendary Spice-nuts if I do say so myself. >3
