OMG! Best Sci-Fi has been filmed 17 years ago!

it's definitely one of the best Sci-Fi movies I have ever seen and it gets more interesting when you realize that it's 17 years old!!!
I rated 9 out of ten and i think it's a little bit under-rated!
please everybody rate it high, so let others want to watch this.

A very good film indeed. It hasn't aged and once you have seen it, you never forget it.

Just saw it for the first time myself today - brilliant film. Great sci-fi with a beautiful soundtrack.

Probably the best non-action science fiction film I've ever seen (think I preferred it to Blade Runner for instance).

This is one of those movies I just keep coming back to - it gets under you skin. I think I have seen it may six times now and will see it again next time my mind needs to be somewhere else than here. One of my favorites, got me the same way Starman does - also goes to show on both films the importance of a great soundtrack.
