Best Scene?

Best Scene #1 . . . the subtlety of footwork in the umemployment line, because you're not expecting it. Hilarious. And where the hell is Donna Summer? OMG I love that song! (hell, I love all the songs in TFM hee hee)

Best Scene #2 . . . the Crash Of The Yard Gnomes aaaahahaha! Poor Gerald lol!

Such humanity. I just ordered the "Fully Exposed" version and can't wait to see if there are any goodies (cast interviews, outtakes etc.).

If ever you are feeling blue, this is the film to pop into the old tray. Sometimes we just need to be reminded of the absurdity of life.

Hot Stuff.

This film has endless funny scenes.
A great "gallows humor" scene, when Lumper is trying to kill himself in his car, Dave pulls Lumper out to save him.
Lumper says, "You bastard!" Dave throws him back in the exhaust smoke filled car and slams the door.

For me, it was the 'Hot Stuff' dancing in the unemployment line.

So many very good scenes, but the most surprising one was when Guy and Lomper run off after the raid and make it back to Lomper's house. My chin hit the floor when Guy said "I've always wanted to meet your mum."

The auditions where Horse does the mash potato and Guy tries to run up the wall.
The first practice where they are tripping over each other and hitting each other with the belts.
Dancing in line to "hot stuff." Tom Wilkinson's twirl at the end cracks me up every time.
When the men try to take the stuff from Geralds house and they get threatened by the guys all standing in their underwear :)
When they finally perform at the end.



"How's life in a bigger prison, Dae-Su?"

best scenes...all of them. but was particularly pleased when the big guy's wife says she would when asked who'd want to see this (him stripping).

I think so too, but the scene of Gaz's son withdraw his money is the best too!
