The greatest trick this Devil's ever pulled was convincing the world he was a first class lawyer.

After having seen both this film and "The Usual Suspects" (1995) where the popular line "The greatest trick the Devil's ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist" was used, I couldn't help but think that for this movie, this paraphrasing is more than just appropriate.

Anyone else feel this way? Cheers.

I always thought that saying concluded with "Turning water into wine." Who knew?

When was it used in The Devil’s Advocate?

Actually, in the film, the "Devil" only cares about having sex with any women he looks at, and having his bastard children make babies with each other, no?

Nonetheless, it's still a good film.
