Joel Schumacher's Batman movies have a bad reputation, but they're far better than people say- they represent a lighter side of the Batman mythos.

Batman Forever's okay, and Kilmer was a great Batman. If Batman & Robin had never existed I don't think Batman Forever would anywhere near as much stick as it does. Batman & Robin on the other hand is utter garbage.
