If Val Kilmer had played Batman again in Batman & Robin, would Mr. Freeze have made ice pun references to Kilmer’s Iceman character from Top Gun? Maybe something like “There’s only one Iceman!”

Yes, I'd like to think he definitely would have. Because that was the kind of movie Batman & Robin was.
