During the slicing and dicing we didn't see anything happening - was it cropped out? Or not in any other version either?
The R-rated version had the kill scene of Casey's boyfriend Steve cut. The R-rated is the standard version on home media and streaming services. The uncut was only ever released on VHS and laserdisc, and a few Special Edition DVDs in Germany, Scandinavia and Japan. In HD, it only exists as fanedits on torrent sites.

shareSadly, the 4K disc (which looks fantastic) is the theatrical cut. You could make a fan edit but the drop in quality for the extra gore moments would be noticeably crap.
Here’s hoping AI can one day convincingly mimic higher resolution.
