I gotta say the original cartoon is way better, I wouldn't call this total junk, it has some funny parts, but there's stuff so crazy in the first one it can only be truly captured in cartoon form

Having the animals not able to talk makes it a much different movie. Also, the Cruella DeVil song is awesome and should have been kept. If you ever have a chance, see the play. It is really clever how they differentiated the dogs from the humans.

The truth is, in reality dalmatians are quite an aggressive breed of animals, so there were limits on how far they could go with the live-action version.
