In no particular order:

"Dances With Wolves" (the end, when Wind In His Hair proclaims his eternal friendship)

"Midnight Cowboy" (the end, when Joe Buck cradles the dead Ratso)

"Sling Blade" (during the coversation in the woods where Karl says "I love you, boy")

"The Piano" (the end, when Ada and Baines are shown, together at last)

"The Crying Game" (the end, when Fergus urges Dil to flee the murder scene in order to take the blame himself)

There are many more, but these immediately come to mind.

The Five People You Meet In Heaven
Marley & Me
The Fox & the Hound
My Dog Skip
