Was first Released on 14/10/1994 in the US I believe.

In the UK here it came out on 17/02/1995....

I went to see it about 10 times over the first 2 weeks of it's release, (twice in a day, twice, after the first viewing left me absolutely shook emotionally)....

My life was in a Very bad way when I first saw it, those 2 weeks, I know this movie helped me immensely, particularly at that time, but also since....

Been amazing to see the positive effect this movie has had on so many people since, and it's rise to where it stands now. There are some great "first time reaction " videos to it on YouTube, reminds old timers like me of how powerful the movie is.

I knew I was watching something very special when I was in the almost empty cinema screens watching this masterpiece back then.

Just watched it again to celebrate the 30 years. Still got me at those special moments.

The most perfect movie ever made. No matter who you are, what age, whether you like mainstream entertaining movies or artsy cinema, you will think this is one of the best movies ever made.
