was it really god intervening, was the guy just a bad aim, bad writing or something else?

LMAO Seinfeld. I really thought so too when I saw it and it took me out of the movie for a minute.

divine intervention.

Absolute divine intervention, there aren't any new bullet holes in the wall behind Jules & Vega either, which means the bullets fired by Seinfeld were completely disintegrated/dissolved in the air before skin penetration.

The guy who shot at them was using a double action revolver. Unless the shooter is experienced with their heavy trigger pull, they can be very wild and inaccurate. Missing six times at short range would be unlikely though.

What is the deal with kickback on a gun? Who designed these things? Mr. Magoo? How come you can't just aim and shoot without the bullet going someplace you didn't intend? Is this a Helen Keller invention?
