What would do you if you won $4 million?

I would travel to interesting places and buy a nice size house.

Live off the interest indefinitely so I wouldn't have to work anymore. Share some with my family. I'd also travel but I wouldn't buy any big fancy houses or anything. $4 million probably becomes $2 million after taxes. That's not enough to live a lavish life style and still never have to work again unless you are very lucky/wise in your investments (or really old already).

booze and cheap women.

I would start my own production company and attempt to be big in the movie business. And destroy any rival companies that make crappy films.

I'm going to go for:

Pay for the rest of my Education
Good sized Condo
A few choice electronic upgrades (computer, TV)
A car (as I don't have one right now)
I'd also like to do a lot of traveling.

The rest would likely go into a savings account to grow.

Basically, $3,000,000 goes right into the account, and I'll keep $1,000,000 to spend on the above things.

First of all pay taxes and get the crooked politicians out of my hair, then invest in the necessities of life because of the mess that the world is in.

Perhaps invest in platinum which is very costly and possibly helps in expenditures.Use some money to help out the poor that "REALLY" need help.

1 million would be enough for me.

First lets understand that you wouldn't get $4 million. What you would get is a certain amount of money over 20 years. That's how most lotteries work. After taxes, you might see $2,8000.00 over 20 years. Giving away half of it would reduce your personal tax burden but not the tax burden on the total amount. Each party would get about $1.4 million over 30 years. That seems like a lot of money but it's not. I;d figure out a safe long term investment for $1.4 million, not touch the principle and enjoy the proceeds of the investment while not changing my lifestyle.

Live life like I'm living now, but better. Much, much better.

Same as a lot of people around here ... quit my job, by a house in a gorgeous area, spend a few months traveling and then go back to school full time so I could get a GOOD job. I would also help out friends and family, donate some to charity and invest what was left over. All in all I would have a much more comfortable life.

The movie makes me ashamed to admit it, but I'd most likely keep it all to myself.

1. Pay off all my bills.
2. Fix my family's teeth.
3. Buy a house for myself
4. Buy a house for my husband.
5. Fix the house we have now.
6. Complete my education.
7. Go to europe.
8. Take care of the kids.

Retire. I'd be happy with never working again and I think I would go as far as to hardly ever leave my house.

I definitely wouldn’t still be going to work and living in a poorer neighbourhood where everyone knows I’m a millionaire.
