Let's face it this movie flopped...

This was going to be the biggest hit of 1994. It flopped. Even the original cast wanted nothing to with the terrible sequel.

The second movie was actually a prequel. I've never seen it, but have heard nothing but negative things about it.

I liked Viva Rock Vegas much better than the original. It was a lot closer to the cartoon.

As a kid growing up in the 90s I was highly disappointed with these movies
It seemed like they wanted to make these movies for adults, but because kids were going to see it because it was a Flintstones movie, none of the jokes could be vulgar or violent etc and they had to keep it pg

If I remember it was a really boring movie about their lives as construction workers and the fact that everything was supposed to be prehistoric themed was almost irrelevant
