Like a lot of actors whose careers dry up, they resurrect franchises because it has a built in audience, guaranteed payday for the actor and a reasonable profit margin.

In other news, if you look down, there is this thing called the floor.

The floor stops you from falling through the bottom of your house and landing on the ground.

I've always thought this needed a part 3. I watched this movie the other day on cable and hated it. Jim is SO F'N ANNOYING! I'm an old man now, it's not funny like it used to be. There was a window for a third film. It's closed. That said, I really appreciate how they did something different with the second one. But I don't know where you go story wise. Obviously they didn't either.
