Favorite - Phoebe because she's so hilarious, and I love her character's look.
Least favorite - Chandler. I think he's okay, but nothing special. His jokes don't makes me laugh as enough.
There's something wrong with Esther.
Favourite: Chandler, no contest. What people usually don't notice that apart from being one of the genuinely funny people(without a lot of sexual humor) on TV, he also has one of the best personalities, and cares about people. Also, it's been implied that he's the smartest of them all - not the most educated, mind you, the smartest.
Least fav: Monica, ironically. She's a huge control freak, and is generally very rude. Opresses Chandler heavily in the later seasons. I think it started off as being funny, but later became annoying.
How can someone put Chandler as their least favourite? That's just wrong
I like Chandler and Monica a lot, both as a couple and individually
Rachel can be annoying but she's also the character who grow up the most
Phoebe is mean but ocassionaly funny (Lisa Kudrow is a great actress though)
Joey is dumb and annoying
Ross is the epitome of obnoxious

Favourite: Probably Chandler. His personality and sarcasm remind me of my own.
Least favourite: Probably Monica. Although I do think that she's a good person, a giving friend and the glue that keeps the group together, I personally don't think I would be able to be friends with her. She's too controlling and uptight for my taste.
Chandler is my favourite, for all the reasons listed above.
Least favourite: Phoebe and Rachel, both selfish and mean. I think Monica was the only likeable girl, sometimes irritating, but not because she thinks so highly of herself, like the other two.
