For me it's a toss up between John Stamos and John Liguizamo...couldn't stand either one of them!!

I can't Stand Dr. Brenner. I stopped watching ER on television for a while because of how they introduced this character. In bed with two women.

I agree, but I think he was trying to prove something to himself after we found out that he was molested as a kid.

The snarky Aussie (Brenner?) from the last two seasons. I always thought he was just a smug, uppity lowlife.

Dr. Dave Malucci! Why was he on the show and did anyone at the hospital ever check to see if he was really a doctor that graduated?

Also, I couldn't stand Dr. Simon Brenner......ew!

It was explained in Season 6 that he actually went to med school in Grenada, since he apparently drank and partied his way through college, and didn't get accepted to a US med school.

Chloe (Susan's sister), most annoying character of the entire series.

And Abby's mother, I do not like mentally ill characters.
