I thought it was descent, I’d give it a 6.

You mean "decent"? "Descent" means either a fall down or a reference to nationality - in this movie's case, Japanese.

I enjoyed it too, it was different and well made with good performances. I would’ve liked to have read the book. I’d give it 6/10.

7/10. Good cop-thriller. Hyperbolic take on Japan-U.S. relations but still entertaining.

A solid 7, decent thriller with a great Connery character.
