Not sure if it's been mentioned but if you haven't seen it BLACK DYNAMITE is awesome. It's one of the best spoof movies ever done. It really looks and feels like one of those old Blaxploitaion movies from the 70s and has a lot of in-jokes. I like it much better than "I'm Gonna Get You Sucka"
Another forgotten "Airplane Humor" type movie from the 80s was "Young Doctors In Love" with Michael McKeon, Sean Young, Dabney Coleman, Harry Dean Stanton, Taylor Negron (and others). Still one of my favorites
