From what I’ve heard, she’s difficult to work with too. David Spade complained about her on Black Sheep. Unlike the director for Tommy Boy, Speeris didn’t want Farley and Spade going off-script. She was the one who was demanding beyond reason.

I remember similar rumors from the Austin Powers flicks. That he's a perfectionist and volatile. If that's what it takes to make great movies, whatever.
