Anyone else kinda irritated that Cassandra and her band only played other bands songs?
There wasnt one original song.

I love Tia, but she couldn't sing to save her life if it depended on it.

That might have been why she got it, to sell how new she was to it all from being in Hong Kong she had no clue how to sing right. Kind of funny in hindsight but it's a real pain to have to listen too. Should have kept her singing to a minimum. It was supposed to be a normal Myers type girl at first so I'm sure they had all the singing scenes planned for her then they just put Tia in by default.

Notice they got smarter by Part 2, no singing scenes thank goodness.

Female rock stars are rare for a reason, so I suppose she's okay for a chick. Rock vocals are all about shades, gravel, toughness... it is a very masculine sound.

I always assumed in the world of the film they were supposed to be originals as no-one mentions them as being covers.

But like the other guy said, they are a fictional band, so not really.
