Why did they have to get an ugly, dorky guy to play Ben? If Ben was really cute, it would have made the whole movie much better. That sounds superficial but I don't care, that dude was just ugly! They could have got someone better for Julia Roberts!

shareI agree, Ben was the worst thing about this movie. Too goofy and weird. You could tell all he wanted to do was get in her pants. The movie is great but had they cast a better person for that role it would've been better.
shareYeah I have to agree. I kept trying to justify it by thinking maybe it was 1990 so it was different. But he often annoyed me.
