Does the book explain why Annie committed infanticide?
...when she worked as a nurse? That bit was disturbing.
shareAw, man, it's been a good minute since I read the book. I think it had something to do with she thought she was putting them out of their misery (no pun intended) because she didn't like the parents or something. I could be wrong. Sorry I wasn't much help.
