Does this movie make you wish it was the early 1990's all over again?
It does for me because I miss the way life was back in and the way people dressed back in those days.

shareI think the only thing that makes nostalgic about Home Alone would be the Pre 9/11 air travel.
shareNope. Times are better now. Sure we have some B.S to deal with, but overall, it's a good time to be alive. Games are better, phones are better, the ability to interact with friends and family across the world is immediate and virtually free, a picture doesn't take 2 hours to download on the internet, and our food choices are better.
The best things of those times are still available. It's a matter of looking for them.
I can do without the lockdown restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
shareNo because the early 90s kind of sucked for me. Things are better now.
shareNot necessarily the era (though not arguing with you), but similarly, for me, makes me feel like being in Chicago at Christmastime. I've been there a few times during winter, as I live in the Midwest, but never at Christmas.
shareNope.
shareThe movies were a lot better that’s for sure. Also I guess in the pre-world-wide-web and cell phone age the world felt a lot bigger. Nowadays, you can see what’s happening in Mumbai or Cape Town at the press of a button, but 30 years ago you had to go by your local television station, radio, or newspaper solely. Now we are inundated with information more than ever.
shareProbably not but life was certainly more innocent and care free then. Well i guess for anyone else who was a barely out of diapers at the time. I'm not sure if I would like it that much as an adult. I do miss some of the things society lost in the days before the internet, cell phones, social media & smart phones took over.
