I'm reading the original strip and the kid is amazing, fun, the design is cute, I don't know what the hell they were thinking hiring that kid.

I disagree. I think Charlie Korsmo did a wonderful job and was a very natural actor.

He's alright. I've seen more annoying kids in films. But they did perhaps give him a bit too much screen time.
