Agreed. It's the best of the franchise.
The cinematography is legitimately superb, the framing and composition is great. The cinematographer also worked on some early Tim Burton movies (Edward Scissorhands, Batman Returns). Added to this is the use of colors, from the pink and blue interior of the home to the yellow boxes of the Good Guy dolls, it's bold and contrasting. A nice colorful film.
The OST is good. The pacing is great and the credits begin to roll at 1hr20mins. A nice short film.
The opening with the scenes of the Good Guy dolls being made and put together is brilliant and the finale in the Good Guy factory is awesome and a real highlight of the franchise.
