Oh my GOD! let me start off to establish that im not a church going, God hates violence and sex in movies kind of person. I own Dead Alive which I love, thank you mr jackson for that fine piece of zombie cinema, but this Meet the Feebles was the worst piece of *beep* I have ever seen. Please, if you thought you wanted to see this movie, DONT! if you like peter jackson then DONT see this movie, because if Peter jackson had any credibility before, after seeing this, its not just ripped apart, its ripped apart, thrown up on, place in human excrements, and then soaked in semen. If you think that line was revolting, then just go watch this movie and see how something can be even more gross. I liked Team America World Police, and this is NO Team America World Police. Shame on you Peter Jackson you give back that Oscar, you sick freak, you dont deserve it...by the way I love Dead Alive, The Frighteners, and LOTR

lol troll OP. Anyway, he needn't give back his Academy Award as this film occurred BEFORE the LOTR trilogy. Not like he made it after making those films.

Hold the damn phone. If you liked all of his other movies and Meet the Feebles is the only one you hated then there is a problem. Peter Jackson is by far my favorite filmmaker of all time and I own all of his movies, including Meet the Feebles. I say that he deserved the 3 Oscars he won for Return of the King. If something is to blame, it's the company that slapped this film on a real crappy DVD. A makeover must be made. Other than that I want Trevor to eliminate this fudge packer ASAP!

IT'S JUST A FILM! The only kind of of that could justifiably cause this much upset would be a film like Cannibal Holocaust that brutally killed animals while filming, if Jackson ever did that then I would agree that he doesn't deserve an Oscar even if he made a good film after that however he has just made a comedy that just does in raunchiness what Braindead did with gore.

There's a pretty huge difference. Specifically Dead Alive was the first time he had a real budget to work with. Which he wouldn't have gotten if he hadn't first made Bad Taste and Meet the Feebles. 750,000 dollars for Meet the Feebles as compared to 3 million for Dead Alive. Do the math.

Your point falls flat because he became a great director exactly because of his early films. If he hadn't made Bad Taste and Meet the Feebles, he may never have made any movies at all, since the NZ film industry was basically non-existent at the time. He has credibility exactly because he made these movies.

I liked Team America World Police, and this is NO Team America World Police.

Again, huge difference in budget. Which had a 30 million dollar budget. Apples and oranges kiddo. Not to mention Trey Parker was already an established film maker by the time he made Team America. Peter Jackson had done one movie previously, and it took him 4 years to film it.

Shame on you Peter Jackson you give back that Oscar, you sick freak, you dont deserve it...by the way I love Dead Alive, The Frighteners, and LOTR

Shame on you for your inability to understand how developing skills work. The fact that you didn't like this movie and feel that it was poorly done does not in anyway diminish any of his other work. You are not and never were a Peter Jackson fan.

But he won his Oscar more than ten years after this movie was made? Why would the Oscar be taken away because of a movie he made years before the movie he did win for?

Besides, myself and plenty of others love this movie. Stop assuming everyone is the same as you.
