A lot of people seem to think that. Question I’ve brought up is how to do it. After losing to Daniel , Kreese and Silver probably threw him to the curb. So Barnes has more reason to hate Kreese than Daniel does.
Styles make fights. Daniel barely landed one tip-tap hit on Barnes and "won": on a technicality. Barnes was clearly not hurt or incapacitated so if that was a street fight Barnes would have gotten up and given Daniel a terrible beating. Being that Chozen is roughly Daniel's equal and uses the same fighting style, it stands to reason that he would struggle against Barnes. Since Barnes was a ringer, his fighting style is not Cobra Kai's style so whatever style he uses seems to be a nemesis style to Miyagi-do.

No. Have you ever been in a fight?

He didn't win on a technicality, he won according to the rules. This wasn't a fight it was a competition match with rules.
Daniel wasn't Chosens physical equal. He beat him using the drum technique which Chosen seemed baffled by so it's
fair to say Sato hadn't taught it to him at that point.
The whole thing with Barnes was a step backwards for me and it made no sense for Daniel to be afraid of him. Skill wise he didn't appear as good as Johnny. He was a rule breaker hence the title of Karates bad boy. Now there is a jerk who lacks honour.

Yes I have, not proud of them, but I have nonetheless.
It is a well established philosophy in boxing. It is the reason why Mike Tyson could never defeat Evander Holyfield despite having physical advantages. It is explains why Joe Frazier could go 15 rounds with Muhammad Ali and defeat him (the first time anyway), but be absolutely destroyed by George Foreman, who in turn couldn't last 15 rounds against Muhammad Ali.
Here is where Barnes has more honor than Daniel. Barnes never beat up an elderly man, unlike Daniel.
Pat Morita's actual age was younger than Daniel is supposed to currently be. Miyagi was supposed to be significantly older. At least twenty years older than Kreese if you go by their combat experiences.
Interesting enough though they deaged Miyagi in Cobra Kai to make him Daniel's current age.

Then you should know that style doesn't make fights.
Boxing has rules
Tyson couldn't beat Holyfield because Holyfield was a better boxer. Tyson could beat Lewis either, simply because Lewis was a better boxer. Neither were afraid of Tyson which was the advantage he had over a lot of his opponents...they were afraid of him. How many times did Frank Bruno cross himself before their second fight?
Barnes had no honour whatsoever. He flew to California to beat on a kid he had no crib with simply for the money. He was a hired hand with no affiliation or loyalty to anyone but himself.
By your definition neither Kreese nor Silver had any honour since they 'tried' to beat on an elderly man. Twice in Kreeses case.
Kreese and Silver were in their 30's at the time. Miyagi (who emigrated to the US aged 18 before the onset of WW2,served for the US and had a wife who died in an internment camp) had to have been in his 60's at least, despite what Daniel says in Cobra Kai.
If you remember him, you know what happened to Romefan123.
He had good movie perspectives in general but was blinkered as far as KK movies were concerned.
I don't actually. All of a sudden when I checked the imdb the forums they had closed. I was unaware of movie.chat.org until I randomly stumbled across it a few months ago.
You see this is where your bullshit lets you down.
If you remember Romefan123 then you would also remember that most of his posts were ranting and threatening other posters (true keyboard warrior).
Not much perspective, more bully boy. He scarpered when the so called on line Kai no longer backed him up.
He was also one of the few who saw the Karate Kid series as deeper than the black and white movie most people saw. His perspectives no doubt had a influence on the Cobra Kai series.
There is no deepness to it. It's about a sulky kid, who against his will is moved to California where he falls foul of a local gang of Karate-ka. He goes on to learn that Karate isn't just about fighting from an unlikely source in his apartment block maintenance man. He also beats and gains respect from his enemies (Johnny and co) in a Karate competition.
All Romefan123 ever did was be a cheerleader for the people who made up shit like Daniel should have been disqualified for numerous laughable reasons, or Miyagi was a pedophile etc. Romefan123 was also a bully towards anybody who challenged that. He enjoyed this status of the on line version of Dutch until he no longer had backing from the rest of the gang. That's when he scurried off back under his rock.
He had no game other than that. Any insight was reserved for other boards as I said previously. In fact you've shown more inventiveness by posing as multiple posters.
Have you seen Season 3 or been on any of the Cobra Kai message boards? This has already been discussed for a while. Most people think Mike Barnes will return and still be a psychopath. Since the actor who plays Terry Silver hasn't been acting and seems uninterested in returning.
