If so, how does Batman fuel it up in gas stations without anyone noticing?

Obviously not. It has a rocket propulsion. Can't run that with regular unleaded gas.

Wayne Manor has gas pumps to keep Bruce's fleet of cars running. But we didn't see that until Batman Forever.

That would make for a funny scene if Batman pulls over for gas with others watching him. Maybe he could drive through the drive-thru as well.

I always thought it ran on some sort of rocket fuel.

On a commercial he "requested" jet fuel.
