How old were you when you first started watching The Simpsons?

I've been watching since almost the very beginning. I don't remember many episodes before Season 3 but my earliest memories were going to Burger King to get The Simpsons camping toys. I think I only managed to get Homer and like 3 Barts though.

It's crazy to think that The Simpsons has been on the air almost 27 years and still as popular as ever.

BQ: How old are you? I'm 28, 29 in December.

I think I was about 4. The first episode I can remember ever seeing was Bart Vs Thanksgiving. I'm 28.

Well... let's not get crazy now.
I was almost 19 when it premiered so when it became the huge pop culture phenomenon, with t-shirts, toys, bumper stickers, arcade games, etc, I wasn't influenced by it, at least I should say I certainly don't recall being other than simply watching the show each week.

28 as well. The earliest, most distinct memories I have come from season 5 when I was 6. I remember having nightmares from "Nightmare at 5 1/2 Feet" and the ending of "Boy-Scoutz 'N the Hood".

I do have 2 sets of those dolls Burger King had in 1990 (1 set for me, the other for my brother). So I must have been watching it since I was at least 3.

Haha, I had nightmares from seeing Hugo in the attic in Treehouse of Horror season 8

I think third grade. Maybe earlier.

3 years old and the very beginning, I distinctly remember "Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire" being the first episode I saw.

I was about 14.

I was 10-11 when I really started watching it. Though I do have very vague memories of seeing season 1 episodes when I was a little little kid lol.

I'm 28, and I started watching when there were season 8 reruns on the air (I remember "Mountain of Madness" was the first episode I watched). That was also when season 11 was airing new episodes. Which is funny because I have that "nostalgic connection" to a lot of season 11 episodes that people always have for when they first start watching a show. That's probably why I don't mind the newer episodes.
