Taking a bath with children while nude

In my country, mother take a bath with her little son is normal. Young brother and young sister take barth together is normal. A father help his little daughter to take a barth is normal. But a father take a barth with his daughter is weird, no matter how young his daughter is. A father can see his little daughter's body cause she is too young and it doesn't matter.But don't you think it's weird that a father's body is seen by his daughter? I'm from China.

Why is nudity and/or hygiene weird.

I agree that sexual acts between adults and children is weird (or 'wrong', more accurately), but that did not occur here, nor was it implied. Perhaps it happened only in your imagination?
