Why isn't this movie ANYWHERE to be found??

This is such a good movie....yet you NEVER see it on any cable TV stations. It never gets any play anywhere. What gives? Crap like Rush Hour 3 and Super Troopers get aired every other week on cable, but no "Shoot to Kill", ever? Not even once every 10 years?

I found it on a torrent site, very good quality but I don't think many people use that method anymore..

I haven't seen it in 35 years and I remember really liking it back when I was young. I just watched in last night on youtube. I coudn't find it any streaming services but it was free on just regulare youbube.
