Ernest goes to Camp was the first Ernest movie I saw as a kid so I'm partial to that. Christmas is probably his best one though. Its got a lot of heart.
Ernest Scared Stupid has its moments, but too goofy though I like it too.
Haven't watched Ernest goes to Jail yet and not sure if the others are worth watching.
